Sign up sheets are in the office for Grad Photo sessions! 
Photos will be in the WCHS Cafeteria Feb 8, 9 & 10th.  Students need to sign their name beside a specific time prior to coming in.  Sign-up sheets are now posted in the WCHS office.

There is a sitting fee ($20) payable to the photogragher at the time of your grad photo.  Proofs will be issued at photo time as well as package/payment info!

Students not wanting to order a package can sit for free to have their photo in the yearbook.

Retakes will be March 22 & 23, 2012.

Grad Rings – The Jostens Rep will be in the Atrium 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. during Grad Photos Feb 9 & 10.  Catalogues are available from the Office.

Semester 1 Report Cards - will be mailed from the school.  Please note that Diploma level courses do not appear on the WCHS report card.

Semester 1 Diploma Results - will be mailed from Alberta Education in Edmonton later this month.

School Fees - Any student fees remaining need to be paid ASAP. 

Semester 2 Timetables -Students who need to make a change can do so with their counsellor during non-instructional times today or Monday

Sem 1 Construction Students – all projects need to be picked up from the Shop by Feb 8/12.

Sem 1 (Mr. Sweet's Social 10-1) - Please see Mr. Sweet ASAP regarding your final mark.

Basketball - The Senior Girls basketball team placed 4th in the St. Albert tournament this weekend. They beat Jasper Place in the opening round and then lost their next two games to St. Albert and Edmonton Christian.  Next game is Tuesday at home versus Lindsey Thurber.

Attention Ermineskin Band Students in all grades - Representatives from Ermineskin Education will here on Wednesday Feb 8^th They will provide a free pizza lunch and would like to visit with you to chat about post-secondary opportunities Pizza Lunch will be room 202 at 11:46 am on Wednesday Feb 8^th

Are you interested in having an RCMP experience?  If you are in Gr. 11 or 12, you could be eligible to attend the 2012 RCMP Training Academy Camp in Regina, Saskatchewan in August.  Please see your grade counsellor by February 13 if interested as spots are extremely limited.

Student Council Meeting - For all Student Council Executives and Room Reps - Wednesday at lunch in the Student Council Room.  Pizza will be served!
